Help for Hepani
The most important
What you see time in animation is not exactly time physically. It only controls animation playing. In HEP process, for example, parton shower, time is meaningless. However, intermediates must occur in an order logically resonable, avoiding a not yet produced reactant producing its products. In our animation, we use the variable phase to deal with the order.
You'd better visit the website on PC, not a cell phone with a small screen and slow processors. Firefox, Chrome and Edge in latest versions are recommended.
Introduction
We are working for popularization of science. We try to produce animation from raw data simulated by HEP computational programs, such as pythia8. The animation does not strictly follow physical rules, however, clearly revealing how particles are produced, move or decay to other particles. Let more people see this page, inspiring more of us work hard for development of physics.
Generate animation
Before generating your own animation, we recommand you take a look at of our example. Visit our
